Once you’ve signed up for the Mergado Research Group, we’ll ask you a few questions. Your answers will help to ensure that you are invited to participate in research that is relevant to you.

We will invite you to participate in the research via email and provide you with all the details so you can decide whether you want to participate. You can always say no and opt-out at any time if you wish.

Who can join Mergado research? 

We’re not just looking for people who love Mergado or use Mergado products. Anyone can apply, and when we find a project you can help with, we’ll reach out to you. Please be honest when answering questions so we can invite you to the right projects.

What do I get for participating in the research? 

After every two research interviews, we will send you a thank you gift voucher.

Do I have to live in a certain city to participate?

No, with video calls you can participate from anywhere.

What will you do with my personal information? 

The information you provide will only be used to match you to appropriate research studies and will not be shared or sold to outside parties. Please see our Terms of Use for further details.

Can I leave the group?
